One of Branson’s Top Restaurateurs Announces a New Concept to Open in Spring – HEROES Tastes + Taps
Branson, MO – Branson Restaurants Inc. reveals today its plans for their third unique dining experience, HEROES Tastes + Taps, to be located on Hwy 76 in the space formerly occupied by Montana Mike’s Steakhouse.
“Our team has worked hard to create a concept that marries a long history of quality dining with a contemporary and all-new brand,” said Tanya Bluto, VP of Operations for ITEC Attractions and Branson Restaurants Inc.
Owned by community leaders Paul & Ann Bluto, Branson Restaurants Inc. is responsible for the creation and continued operation of award-winning dining venues like McFarlain’s Family Restaurant inside the IMAX Complex and Florentina’s Ristorante Italiano on Green Mountain Drive.
HEROES Tastes + Taps will be crafting classic and elevated new American cuisine with up to 24 beers on tap in an atmosphere designed to highlight and honor HEROES from every walk of life.
“We’ll be serving new American cuisine and celebrating new American heroes,” said Tom Forster, VP of Marketing for ITEC Attractions and Branson Restaurants Inc. “Throughout the year, we’ll create opportunities to call attention to our traditional heroes like veterans and first responders, but we’ll also emphasize heroes like our healthcare workers, teachers and farmers.”
Opening in early Spring, diners will enjoy a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu of traditional favorites and trendy plates like: an appetizer of Stuffed Mushrooms filled with a house-made combination of pimento cheese & chorizo; a deconstructed Shepherd’s Pie topped with flaky pastry; and a sweet and spicy Chicken & Waffle sandwich.
“Culinarily speaking, HEROES will be a bit of a gastropub,” said Forster. “We’ll serve some of your favorite comfort foods with a modern twist and really focus on the 24 taps, with an assortment of popular varieties and smaller, craft brews.”
