Highway 165 Scenic Overlook

Just a few miles from the Branson’s famous Entertainment District, this 22-mile loop offers many scenic perspectives and can be traveled by car in about 40 minutes. Throughout the twists and turns of Highways 165 and 265, travelers can enjoy expansive views from the ridgetops, including a spectacular view of Table Rock Lake and Dam and the Chateau on the Lake Resort, Spa & Convention Center. This drive offers numerous photo ops to travelers.

To complete the full loop, take U.S. Highway 65 south from Branson and turn west on Highway 265, which turns north into Highway 165 at Table Rock Lake. 

Ruth And Paul Henning Scenic Overlook

Located west of the 76 Country Blvd and Shepherd of the Hills Expressway intersection, the 1,534-acre Ruth and Paul Henning Conservation Area boasts stunning Ozark Mountain views. The area features nature trails for hiking and birdwatching, as well as a lookout tower. Park the car at the scenic overlook to take in an impressive view.

Big Cedar Lodge

Big Cedar Lodge driving trail is a must-see. This picture-perfect location gives visitors several vantage points to experience miles of rolling hills packed with abundant trees. Get the full experience by entering the main gates and heading toward Big Cedar Lodge. Through winding, tree-lined roads, you’ll find your way to paradise!
